Psychologist, Couples and Family Therapist in Training, Trainee Grief Counselor, and Trainee Grief Support Group Facilitator
As Alaine Polcz also expressed, an important part of our lives is how we nurture our stories and integrate them into our future. During life-cycle transitions, we may need support in order to cope with these changes successfully.
As a family therapist in training, I believe that every family holds the potential to work through tensions together—tensions that often arise not from the fault of one individual, but from the dynamics of the shared system.
Whether it concerns relationship or parent-child conflicts, life crises, or intergenerational tensions, my goal is to help individuals and families find the resources that enable them to discover a path toward harmony that is right for them.
Family and couples counseling is provided jointly with Luca Molnár.
